REFUND POLICY
Once order is placed no cancellations are allowed
Returns or exchange are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Item was defective.
- Item was damaged during the shipping.
- Products was or were missing.
- The wrong item was sent by the seller.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn on unused and in its original packaging.
(Shipping cost is borne by the client.)
Upon receiving the product, there will be review and the replacement or refund will be processed. The company reserves all rights to accept or reject your refund.To claim any damage, we request you to make an opening video from scratch without editing and we would be more than happy to give you a solution. Time period to claim refund - within five days of receiving the parcel. Please note no two flowers can ever be of same size or shape or colour. However there would be only a little bit of difference.
Also as all these pieces are handmade ; pls allow scope for artisinal imperfections .
